Are you stalling

Are you stalling?

Are you putting off until tomorrow? Maybe tomorrow it will be faster and easier for you. You think nothing will actually happen if you sit down to write this opinion, lawsuit, strategy, project tomorrow. You have time. But tomorrow has come and you still feel like "you have time". After all, the deadline is two days away ... And when it is just coming, you are under stress, frustration reaches its zenith and you say to yourself "I did it again (sic!). Again, I do everything for the last moment. When I finally learn that not everything is put off until the last minute. " Do you know it from your own backyard?

Do you know that such delaying does not make much sense? It does not work in the long run and it only brings a whole spectrum of problems? Of course, it's okay if you play truant from time to time ... after all, everyone needs to loosen their harness and breathe deeply. Worse, however, when you go through this heavy procrastination, it becomes almost compulsive for you.

Some say procrastination is a character trait. Psychologists, however, believe that we learn this way of acting in childhood. Did you know that toddlers who have been brought up in a deep sense of security have a properly developed self-esteem, their self-esteem is deep and it is easier for them to undertake all kinds of actions in adulthood, even if they could lead to failure.

And here we come to the heart of the problem. Some psychologists argue that postponing responsibilities is one of the ways to protect your self-esteem. We look for countless excuses to avoid failure, we protect ourselves from having to face it, and thus ... we do not bear moral consequences.

Procrastination is sure to cause you a whole lot of problems. It turns out that this is another trait that has its roots in disturbed self-esteem, lack of self-confidence.

Think how much your reality could change if you learned ... not to postpone "today" to "tomorrow". So ... don't put off booking a free inspiration session. Get started now!
