Inner winner

I wrote a while ago about the inner #critic, about that pesky voice that keeps telling you that you can't do something, that you can't handle something. Each of us faces it every day. Some hear it louder, others can deal with it, and are pretty good at silencing it.
Did you know that in addition to the internal #critic who constantly cuts your wings, you still have the so-called inner #winner? Haven't you ever heard of him? Well ... you can see how much the internal saboteur took the reins.
The great #winners in their competitions are characterized by a remarkable ability to conduct a positive internal dialogue. They can play the act of victory in their mind even before it actually plays out. They have mastered the art of positive dialogue to their wildest perfection. It has become something as natural for them as brushing their teeth every day or driving a car. Everyday routine. They can imagine in the smallest detail a moment of glory and victory. Imagination guides them through the smallest details. They act out the scene with pictures that pop up in their mind, or with words they say. In this way, they influence their subconscious mind and move towards a victory that will materialize in the future.
Margaret Thatcher kept saying to herself at her father's house, "I CAN SEE, how I lead England to self-sufficiency." This ability to imagine a moment of glory led her to make that image come true.
You have to be extremely careful about how you communicate with yourself. What kind of dialogue are you conducting. Ask yourself, are you letting the inner winner speak, or are you constantly letting your inner critic play the first fiddle? Watch out for this ... because it is the words that echo in your head have a key influence on your subconscious. If you let the saboteur take over, you are condemning yourself to failure. He will make sure that your results are exactly the opposite of your #goals, #plans, and #dreams.
If you let him say to you:
"You won't win this case."
"You won't get a contract to service the company, it's too difficult."
"This contract is not for you."
"You can't handle the company's development."
This is exactly how it will be. Your subconscious takes everything it hears very seriously. It does not distinguish between reality and what exists only in your mind, so if you let these messages reach you every day, it will make sure that the results reflect them.
So start acting differently.
Let the winner speak, lead yourself to achieve your goals. Let it be your inner winner to communicate with your subconscious. Let a new image of you appear in your mind. The image of a fulfilled, successful person, making dreams come true.
Sometimes it is not easy to change the internal #communication process, it is not easy to silence a saboteur, especially after you have let him scream at every opportunity for many years.
However, if you want to take up the challenge ...
