We are bombarded with information on a healthy lifestyle every day. You need to eat five well-balanced meals a day, at regular intervals. Do not forget about physical exercise - 3 times a week, 30 minutes each plus min. 7,000 steps a day (according to the latest research) is the absolute minimum. You know that, right? So you exercise your body and take care of it. You remember to eat well and do it as long as your time and possibilities allow you. The body will thank you for it.
Do you remember about your mind? You can tell me it's obvious because you follow the news in your field, you are up to date with changes. You learn this and that, you educate yourself. Cool! You take care of the intellect. But ... Yes, I always have to put the stick in the anthill. Do you take care of your mental skills? (I can see your surprised expression now in my mind's eye). Look, you have something like mental skills that, exercising every day, will get you closer to your dream goal. Do you know you can create your own environment? And do you realize that making full use of your mental faculties allows you to shape and create the environment in which you live according to your desire?
Can you name your mental abilities? According to the latest research, only 1 in 10 people can do it. It does not surprise me at all. We are not taught about "mental abilities" at school. Instead, a great deal of time is spent trying to impress upon our heads knowledge about our physical senses. You hear, see, feel, touch, taste. You use your senses to communicate with the outside world. You perceive it thanks to your senses. Thanks to your senses, the outside world has a huge influence on you, right? After all, you believe what you see, you trust what you hear ...
However, the outside world does not have to create you ... you can create the world. It is at this point that six mental faculties come in, which have tremendous power. By using and training them correctly, you can change your life. Make your goals easier to achieve.
So we have:
- perception,
- will,
- imaginations,
- intuition,
- memory,
- reason.
You are, beyond doubt, using them all, but most certainly you are doing it unconsciously. This ignorance of using them, in turn, can lead you to results that you don't want.
